We've been living in Stockton for over 50 years and have never tried this place and to our surprise we've been missing out on some great food. The restaurant was pretty clean. We came in right at opening and it was pretty cold. The food was great and the service was excellent. We plan to visit again real soon.

My mother was craving Mexican food so we decided on El Senor Frog's. Our waiter was very energetic and funny. My mother had the chicken taco lunch and I had the chicken tostada lunch. A warm serving of crispy tortilla chips came with a fresh and mildly spicy salsa. My mothers lunch had the taco with rice and beans and some shredded lettuce with a half slice of tomato. We received two warm flour tortillas. My lunch had one tostada with rice and beans. The food was served quickly and was hot and tasty. We both enjoyed our lunch and felt it was a great value for the price. The servers are friendly and round out a great experience. We have been coming for years and will continue to support this little restaurant.

Another 5 star Mexican dinner! El Senior Frogs never disappoints, ever. We tried to order from our favorite Mexican market but their phone was busy from 4:30pm on! Finally gave up and called our favorite Mexican Restaurant, for take out. Bob loves steak ranchero and I'm so happy with a chicken taco dinner. No leftovers here! The rice is exceptional, tacos crispy and loaded with white meat chicken in a crispy corn tortilla stuffed with shredded lettuce and juicy tomato slices. Oh and don't forget the fresh salsa and still warm tortilla chips! You can't go wrong with Frogs!

Came here on a Friday night, service was fast! The ambience is more of a mom & pop type restaurant. The quality and the quantity of the food was fitting for the price. I would definitely come again!

El Senor Frog's have been one of the oldest and best Mexican restaurants in the city of Stockton. There are numerous Mexican restaurants in Stockton, but El Senor Frog's is one of my top 3. Pork & Chicken Flautas- 5/5 Authentically Mexican spices marinade the meats with Refried beans and Spanish rice. Very tasty and delicious. Pork Tamales - 5/5 The masa was prepared perfectly. The sauce was spiced just right and the pork tender and delicious. And excellent selection. There is indoor and outdoor seating when the weather gets warmer. The service is excellent. Our servers were friendly, helpful and kept our water glasses full. El Senor Frog's was established in 1994 and is family owned and operated, with the common goal of providing excellent service. I different received recommend giving El Senor Frog's a try if you're in Stockton.

Being a visitor to Stockton we were not sure where to eat, but doesn't Mexican food always sound good? Our first choice was a bit pricier and was booked all evening so we were concerned that finding a good place to eat and being able to accommodate 13 people might be a problem. Lucky for us there is a little place called El Senor Frog's. The service kept us happy with plenty of chips and salsa, everyone always had chips and fresh salsa in front of them. For drinks I recommend Michelada for adults and the strawberry horchata for the kids. Food was really good overall. Pozole soup was revered by our friends and the burritos were great in size and in flavor. I had the Frogs Feast which had a wonderfully flavored meat: shrimp, ribeye, and chicken. Not a lot of any one meat but there was about even amounts of each. Each bite just as tasty as the next. I wish there was more ribeye!! Great bonus if you are a niners fan (but I won't ruin the surprise) you will have to check it out for yourself. I recommend this restaurant to any and all. I will stop by again when in the area.

We were driving by and noticed this little Mexican restaurant. I of course checked Yelp to check the ratings and decided to try it. The restaurant itself is a little hole in the wall, nothing fancy, but it's very clean and homey. The vibe there is so relaxing and fun. Like, inviting friends and neighbors over to eat good food and watching the game on tv... (which by the way, they had the football game playing on the tv) which I liked! The staff was friendly and we really loved our server. Regrettably I didn't get his name but you can't miss him, he is the guy in there with the infectious personality. He definitely makes the ambience light, fun and funny! During this visit, we had a debate over the 49ers and Raiders, and most of the tables joined in. It was a good time. A special note that I would like to point out, the human kindness I witnessed. This man treated everyone with the upmost respect and kindness regardless, if they were a customer or just coming in to ask for a simple glass of water. Out of everything this impressed me the most. Good food, great vibe even better human being working here. Stop by, see what I mean!
